Subject: VNU Drug Investigation
OSHKOSH, WI (June 02, 2025): As a result of an intensive drug and weapons investigation, the Oshkosh Police Department conducted search warrants at two residences located in the City of Oshkosh.
After a several months long investigation conducted by Investigators from OPD’s Vice and Narcotics Unit, numerous search warrants were issued for residences located in Oshkosh and Milwaukee. Search warrants were issued for two Oshkosh residences- one residence located on Oshkosh’s north side, while the other on the south side. On 05/29/2025, OPD’s Vice and Narcotics Unit, OPD’s Criminal Investigation Division and OPD’s SWAT Team conducted the Oshkosh search warrants. As a result of these search warrants, four individuals from Oshkosh were arrested. Numerous items were seized during the search warrant to include: three handguns, 1.58 pounds of Methamphetamine, 23.1 grams of Fentanyl, 117.1 grams of Cocaine, 2.7 grams of MDMA, 40 grams of Marijuana, and approximately $5,000 in cash.
These individuals range in age from 35-44 years old. The 35-year-old was arrested Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place. The 40-year-old was arrested for a warrant through Probation and Parole. The 41-year-old was arrested for a warrant through Probation and Parole and Possession of Methamphetamine. The 44-year-old was arrested for Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine, Maintaining a Drug Trafficking Place, and Manufacture/Delivery of Methamphetamine.
Based off of the Oshkosh Police Department’s Investigation, the Milwaukee Police Department and Lake Winnebago Area Meg Unit conducted search warrants at two residences in Milwaukee 05/29/2025. These two residences are associated with the 35-year-old male who was taken into custody in Oshkosh.
We want to thank the Lake Winnebago Area Metropolitan Enforcement Group, the Milwaukee Police Department HIDTA, DEA, and ATF for assisting with this drug investigation.
The Oshkosh Police Department continues to work diligently to investigate crimes of this nature. The presence of illegal drugs, drug dealers, and weapons poses a threat to the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Drug overdoses are a threat to all of us. We will not tolerate the distribution, sale, or possession of illegal narcotics within our city. We will continue to work tirelessly, utilizing all available resources to identify and apprehend those individuals who engage in these destructive behaviors. We stand united with our community in the fight against drugs, ensuring Oshkosh remains a safe place for all. The safety of our citizens is our top priority.
