Subject:      UPDATE 2: Missing 6-year-old male and his father

 

UPDATE 2: It has been confirmed that Justin and John Madigan have left the state. We are still working on verifying their exact whereabouts and the circumstances surrounding the reason that they left.

 

UPDATE: The Oshkosh Police Department has deployed additional resources to assist in locating these missing persons. Personnel will be in the area of the 1200 Block of Cumberland Trail.

 

If you live near that area and have surveillance cameras, please check to see if you have video of these individuals (after 8:00 AM today).

 

The Oshkosh Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating a missing 6-year old boy (Justin Madigan) and his 40- year old father (John Madigan).

 

Justin and John were last seen together this morning at approximately 8:00 AM near their residence located in the 1200 Block of Cumberland Trail in the City of Oshkosh.

 

Justin is described as a white male, about 4’00” tall, weighing 60 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. His last known clothing description is unknown at this time. Missing Child Alert is being sent out.

 

John is described as a white male, 5’11” tall, weighing 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a surgical mask on his face and pajama bottoms.
