Subject:      UPDATE: Wanted Person- Jay’vion Stark

 

UPDATE: Jay’vion Stark went to the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office and turned himself in for the outstanding warrant. We are no longer looking for him.

 

 

On July 16, 2026, at approximately 1:49 AM, Officers were dispatched to a disturbance with a weapon in the 1200 Block of Titan Court in the City of Oshkosh. It was reported that an individual may have fired a round into the air. No injuries were reported as a result of the discharge of the weapon.

 

Officers are looking to speak with Jay’vion Stark, an 18-year-old male resident of Oshkosh. He has a Felony Warrant through Probation and Parole and should be considered armed and dangerous.

 

The investigation remains ongoing, and no further details will be released at this time.
