Community Impact Team

Lieutenant Michael Hotter Community Impact Team Sergeant Brenden Bonnett

The Community Impact Team is headed by Sergeant Brenden Bonnett and is a support unit within the Patrol Division. The Community Impact Team is comprised of one Sergeant, one Behavioral Health Officer and one Homeless Outreach Officer. Winnebago County Social Services also provides two Co-Responders to assist the two officers assigned to the Community Impact Team. The Community Impact Team Sergeant will work directly with other Oshkosh Police staff to make our services as efficient and effective as possible. The Community Impact Team Sergeant is responsible for supervision of the Behavioral Health Officer, the Outreach Officer and also assists with overseeing the Co-Responders.

The Community Impact Team specializes in community engagement, partnership building, problem solving, education, outreach, and community-based policing strategies.
