Officer Roberto Martinez is originally from Fairfield, California. He earned his Criminal Justice degree from Fox Valley Technical College in 2014. Prior to becoming an Oshkosh Police Officer in November 2015, he served as a Community Service Officer with the Appleton Police Department for 2 years. Officer Martinez and K9 Lando are currently assigned to 2nd shift Patrol.
