The Professional Standards Division is a function of the Administrative Bureau. Lieutenant Matthew Harris coordinates and supervises the activities of the Training Sergeant, Crime Prevention Officer, and is the department Accreditation Manager and Internal Affairs Investigator. Primary functions of the Professional Standards Division Lieutenant include policy and procedure development and researching the latest innovations in law enforcement.
