Telecommunications Clerks

Telecommunications ClerksTelecommunications Clerks: Telecommunications Clerks will often be the first people you meet when visiting or calling the Police Department. They staff the reception desk daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. and are responsible for answering non-emergency telephone calls, providing customer service assistance and assisting officers with requests for information. They are a tremendous resource for both citizens and officers. Some of their primary duties include entering data for officers to respond to calls for service, selling parking permits, assisting with forms for records requests and parking ticket appeals and answering a variety of questions about the Police Department and activities in the Safety Building. They also manage administrative duties for the TIME System and records management system.

The full-time Telecommunications Clerks are:

  • Doni Stenzel
  • Kelsey Gill
  • Trevor Manthei

The part-time Telecommunications Clerks are:

  • Taylor Schulze
  • Megan Duch
