Officer Cody Rukamp/K9 Fritz

Officer Cody Rukamp is originally from DePere, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin—Oshkosh in May 2016 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining the Oshkosh Police Department in October 2016, Officer Rukamp was enlisted in the Army National Guard and served as a Peer Advising Liaison at UW-Oshkosh while attending school. Officer Rukamp and K9 Fritz are assigned to 3rd shift Patrol.
