Crime Prevention - Graffiti

The Oshkosh Police Department takes graffiti very seriously. Prompt reporting and removal of graffiti is paramount in keeping our city free of graffiti. The Oshkosh Police Department hopes that you remove your graffiti as soon as possible, as graffiti may breed other graffiti. By city ordinance, section 17-37, failure to remove graffiti within 15 days could result in a $295.00 fine and/or having the Department remove the graffiti at your expense.
